The 4 shops
The Plot Twist Bookbar
Denton's independent romance-only bookstore and bar, with signings, Q&As and themed cocktails.
Heads up: Romance only (fiction with strong romantic elements).
The DIME Store
Downtown Denton gift shop and workshop space for handmade, small-batch and independently designed goods since 2013, carrying 50+ local and Texas-regional makers.
Not accepting right now. Maker submissions are closed for 2026 and reopen in early 2027.
Bewitched Denton
Denton's first brick-and-mortar Pagan, witchy and metaphysical shop, welcoming BIPOC and LGBTQ+ seekers.
Heads up: Highly selective with limited space.
HereAfter
Downtown Denton oddities and curiosities shop beneath a tattoo studio, for makers and collectors of the strange, rare and beautifully bizarre.
Heads up: Oddities niche; antiques and collectibles are also sold.
